About the event
On 22 September 2026, the aerospace industry comes together in Hannover for the 20th Tag der Deutschen Luft- und Raumfahrtregionen (Day of the German Aerospace Regions). The anniversary edition is jointly organised by the German Aerospace Industries Association (BDLI) and the associations and clusters of the BDLI Regional Forum, hosted by Niedersachsen Aviation at the Hannover Congress Centrum (HCC).
Under the motto "Experience. Transformation. Future." ("Erfahrung. Transformation. Zukunft."), the programme explores an industry in profound change, from technological sovereignty and resilient supply chains to decarbonisation and defence capability, across three perspectives: Experience (industrial competence, established value chains and regional strength), Transformation (new technologies, digitalisation, automation and the transfer between civil and military applications), and Future (strategic choices for aviation, space and new business models in global competition).
