About the event
Airports Innovate 2026 takes place in Barcelona from 23 to 25 November, hosted by Aena and developed jointly by ACI EUROPE, ACI Asia-Pacific & Middle East and ACI World. The conference brings together airport executives, innovators, technology suppliers and policymakers to examine how automation, robotics and artificial intelligence are reshaping airport operations, and how the sector can build more efficient, resilient and passenger-centric airports.
The programme opens on 23 November with a pre-conference workshop at DFactory Barcelona, followed by delegate registration and a Welcome Reception at the main venue, the Hilton Diagonal Mar. The two full conference days on 24 and 25 November combine keynotes, panel discussions and an exhibition hall, with sessions spanning:
