LOGO InfraConsult Takes Off: Hands-On Airport Expertise Joins GATE Network

From the Executive Floor to the Construction Site: LOGO InfraConsult brings project experience to where it matters most. Founded in 2012 by architect Andreas Klein and civil engineer Huascar Rodriguez, the company combines extensive airport know-how with a strong practical focus. Today, a 25-member team in Frankfurt and Berlin works on implementing complex infrastructure projects for airports.

Roots in Aviation

LOGO InfraConsult’s experience goes back many years. Andreas Klein has nearly two decades of architectural experience, while Huascar Rodriguez gained his expertise, among other places, at Fraport. This know-how is reflected in the company’s wide-ranging services: from requirements planning and project management to process optimization in terminal operations and hands-on training for project teams. “We are not traditional consultants who only produce strategy papers,” Rodriguez explains. “It’s important for us to work closely with our clients—whether in the boardroom or on the construction site alongside the specialists.”

Project example: Terminal 3 Frankfurt

A prime example of this expertise is the construction of Terminal 3 at Frankfurt Airport, whose planning  LOGO has been supporting for many years. The team ensures that the requirements of operators, airlines, and service providers are integrated into a functional overall planning  and execution—an undertaking that demonstrates LOGO’s ability to maintain oversight even in highly complex structures.

GATE Membership and Internationalization

Rodriguez and Klein have known GATE for a long time through major aviation fairs such as the Passenger Terminal Expo. As part of its internationalization strategy, LOGO InfraConsult plans to actively participate in global trade fairs and delegation trips to exchange ideas with industry experts worldwide. The company also intends to contribute to GATE working groups and strengthen collaboration with other members. Its goal is to jointly develop innovative solutions for the aviation industry of tomorrow while reinforcing LOGO’s hands-on approach on an international level.

Team, Working Style, and Philosophy

LOGO InfraConsult follows a comprehensive approach: projects are accompanied from needs analysis through planning to implementation. “A typical workday might start with presentations in a suit in the morning and continue in the afternoon on the construction site in muddy shoes,” Rodriguez describes, highlighting the company’s practical style. This close client engagement sets LOGO apart from conventional consultancies.

With a diverse team of architects, civil engineers, aerospace experts, and urban planners, LOGO InfraConsult offers tailor-made solutions for complex airport projects.

“We want to tackle projects, develop solutions, and work closely with our clients—that is our commitment and our passion,” Rodriguez concludes.
