ITS World Congress - Technical Visit

The global ITS community is looking to Hamburg with great excitement and anticipation: The Free and Hanseatic City is host of the ITS World Congress, taking place from October 11 to 15, 2021. The ITS World Congress is the world's largest flagship event on intelligent transport systems and services (ITS). With up to 15,000 visitors, an extensive conference programme, an exhibition and live demonstrations, the Congress is an important meeting place for stakeholders from the mobility, logistics and digitization industry. Under the slogan "Experience Future Mobility Now", the 27th ITS World Congress will make future mobility come alive at the Congress Center Hamburg (CCH), in the adjoining exhibition halls and at designated demonstration areas in the city area.

As a partner of ITS, GATE will offer a technical visit to the professional audience of the World Congress on October 10 and 16, 2021. The on-site visit of “InnoAirport” offers trade visitors the rare opportunity to look behind the scenes of an airport and experience the latest technological developments for the sustainable airport of the future. Trade visitors will be guided through the terminal and apron by an airport expert. They will have the opportunity to experience the airport of tomorrow and get to know a.o. an innovative baggage handling system, an autonomous apron vehicle and an electric ground power supply system. All questions about the innovation platform, its projects and the airport itself will be answered by an expert.
